How to Cook

Whether you’re cooking a family weeknight dinner or hosting a special gathering, there’s nothing quite like delicious, premium-cut beef to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Cook your roasts and steaks to 120-125°F for rare doneness, 130-135°F for medium-rare, 140-145°F for medium, 150-155°F for medium-well, and 160°F for well-done. Always use an internal thermometer and remove the beef from the heat approximately 5°F before your target temperature and allow it to rest.
