Once your plan is active, we’ll automatically ship your selected products at the frequency you’ve chosen. There is no need to reorder each time.
Payment & Billing

You’ll be charged on the day of each scheduled delivery.
Prefer to pay upfront? Choose the Prepay option at checkout to cover your subscription in full.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Most plans renew automatically at the end of their term.
To avoid renewal, simply cancel before your next billing date.
You can cancel anytime. No fees. No hassle.
Managing Your Subscription
Managing your plan is easy. Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email, or log into your account to:
Adjust delivery frequency
Swap meat cuts or update quantities
Change your shipping address or payment method
Pause or cancel your subscription at any time
Please note: Changes apply to future shipments and won't affect any orders already processed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location. We currently only ship in the USA.
All orders are shipped frozen to ensure the highest quality and freshness upon arrival.
Gifting a Subscription
Want to send a subscription as a gift?
Simply select the “This is a gift” option at checkout.
Enter the recipient’s shipping details and choose the start date.
You can also include a custom gift message at no extra cost.
Note: Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose the recurring option.
