How to Cook

Pan-sear your Wagyu in a cast-iron skillet at medium-high heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes each side. We recommend cooking your Wagyu to rare or medium-rare for the best flavor, which has an internal temperature of about 120-135°F. Let your steak rest for 10 minutes.
