How to Cook

Your lamb cooking method is primarily up to you! But we recommend roasting leaner cuts in a hot oven (400°F+) for a brown crust, and fattier cuts low and slow to render that fat. Lamb’s natural earthiness also stands up exceptionally well when grilled, especially for lamb chops. For medium-rare, pan-sear for 3-4 minutes per side or grill your lamb until it reaches an internal temperature of 125-130°F for maximum tenderness and juiciness.
