A balanced pork rub made for ribs, chops, belly, and slow-cooked shoulder. It works great for low-and-slow cooks, but it also holds up to a hot grill when you want quick color. Rub it in, give it a few minutes to settle, then cook and finish with salsa or a little sauce if you like.
